Folkestone Leas Water Lift

The Leas Lift was deisgned and built in 1885, the lift is unique in that it is powered by water.
Situated on the cliff, it connects the Leas Cliff to the Lower Sandgate Road and is a common attraction for locals and visitors.
Kent Battle of Britain Museum

Possibly the most important collection of the Battle of Britain artefacts in the Country. This excellent museum houses a collection of Aircraft, Vehicles, Weapons and a large array of equipment used during WWII and is available to see between Good Friday and the end of September.
